This site provides a database of exercises that will enhance the training program of anyone involved in regular physical activity. The routines are grouped according to the fitness factors (bio-motor abilities) that are primarily stressed by that routine? The Primary Bio Motor Abilities are also known as the 5S’s. That is Speed, Strength, Stamina, Suppleness and Skill.

In programme design Keep in mind the structure:

Plans are made up of phases
Phases are made up of units
Units are made up of sessions
Sessions are made up of activities
Activities are made up of routines
Routines are made up of exercises

You can have sets and repetitions of exercises. Recovery separates repetitions, rest separates sets.
